Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
As an executive vice president and C.H. Dean’s chief operating officer, Pam oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations. In this role, she’s relentlessly focused on ensuring the stellar implementation of Dean’s mission of delivering an exceptional client experience. She is a member of the firm’s executive leadership team where she works closely with the CEO and CFO to carry out the firm’s strategic vision. Pam is also a member of the firm’s investment and information technology committees.
Pam joined Dean in 1999 and over the years served in a variety of client service and operational roles within the firm. She oversaw multiple special projects and helped ensure timely and accurate responses to clients’ service needs. In 2010 Pam was promoted to the position of chief operating officer.
Prior to joining Dean, Pam spent over 10 years in regional and local banking. She served in various management and leadership roles at Star Bank and Union Savings. Her experiences in those roles included business development, private client relationship management, cash management, security and compliance, retail lending, and mortgage origination.
